Service agreement

Overview

Negotiate My Ride ("we," "us") provides flat-fee, remote vehicle purchase negotiation services to individuals ("you," "Client"). By purchasing our service, you agree to the terms below.

We research pricing, contact dealerships, and negotiate on your behalf for the vehicle you specify. You review and approve any offer before it's finalized — we never sign paperwork or commit funds on your behalf.

Fee & Payment

Our flat service fee is due in full upfront, before we begin any research or dealer outreach. There are no percentage-based charges, hidden costs, or upsells.

Once we start contacting dealerships and building your deal, that's real work by a real person — so the fee is non-refundable at that point, except as described in the Savings Guarantee below. It compensates our research and negotiation regardless of whether you ultimately complete a purchase.

Changing Your Vehicle Mid-Deal

Once we start, we're sourcing, calling, and negotiating around one specific vehicle. Changing direction part-way through means real work — research and outreach we've already done — gets thrown out and started over. So there's a change fee:

• Same vehicle, different trim/color/configuration: +$200

• Switching to a different vehicle entirely: +$400

These are added to the original $899 fee, not a replacement for it, and are due at the time you request the change.

Savings Guarantee

Before we begin, you'll provide a baseline price — the price a dealer quoted you, or the vehicle's listed/MSRP price if no quote exists yet.

If you complete the purchase of the vehicle we negotiated through a deal we arranged, and the final out-the-door price is not at least our fee lower than your baseline price, we'll refund you the difference, up to the full fee. This guarantee applies only to a completed purchase of the agreed vehicle through our negotiated deal — it doesn't apply if you decide not to purchase, buy a different vehicle, negotiate directly yourself, or cancel before a deal is reached.

No Dealer Affiliation

We have no affiliation, referral relationship, or financial arrangement with any dealership, and we receive no commission, referral fee, or other incentive from any dealer. Our only compensation is the flat fee you pay us directly, and it is never tied to the purchase price. We never take title to or possession of your vehicle, and we never handle your purchase funds.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time before a deal is finalized. Because the fee is earned upon payment and covers work already underway, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund, and the Savings Guarantee no longer applies once you cancel.

Limitation of Liability

We act as an independent negotiation service, not as a licensed vehicle dealer, broker, or financial advisor, and we provide no legal, tax, or financing advice. You're responsible for reviewing and understanding all dealership paperwork, financing terms, and warranties before signing anything.

Our liability under this agreement is limited to the fee you paid us. We're not liable for any vehicle defect, dealer misconduct, or financing outcome.
